I want to talk to you today, even though it’s my birthday, about something that is even more important than that. I want to talk to you about the Iran War in terms of who profits, the Epstein class¹, and who pays. And you know already that’s you and me. But I really want to take it down to the nitty-gritty of how this works and to draw the lesson from that, that I believe is lying for us all to appreciate.)

They build their careers. They build their connections. And they build a government for all of the guns and the bullets and the planes and excuse me, you name it.)

Every scholar of the Middle East, every observer that I’ve ever read, and I’ve read many, predicted, some of them as much as 30 years ago, that if there was ever a war, actual war against Iran, that one of the things Iran could do to defend itself against a war would be to take advantage of the strait of Hormuz that the president of the United States and his military advisors seem not to have foreseen this, not have planned for it, not to have any way to deal with it.)

Of course, Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz and keeps it closed. And what that does, as everyone predicted for many years, is impede the flow of oil. Why is that important? Oil comes on tankers, much of it. They have to be in the water to go from where the oil begins to where it is finally burned and used.)

By the way, the last four weeks have been a demonstration of ‘can’t do anything about it.’

Bottom line, this is hurting the American war effort. Why? Because every other country on earth is angry about rising oil prices, which they should have foreseen, but being incompetent, they didn’t. And why every country pressuring them? Because the people of every country, including the people of the United States, are the one who have to pay for the profits being earned by the Epstein class.)

Well, you already know because the price of gasoline just went over $4 a gallon on average in the United States. In California, it’s over $6 a gallon in the United States. And that means people already facing tight budgets, already facing rising prices in the grocery store, have now to spend big bucks extra, to do what? To go from their home to their job. To go from their home to where they can shop for their food, to go from their home to visit their elderly folks in the hospital and all the rest in a country that relies on the automobile. But that’s only the beginning.)

One kind of developed oil, processed oil, is called diesel fuel. That’s what goes into a truck. And trucks bring us everything we buy, whether we buy it uh over the internet or we buy it at the local store. You know how it got to the warehouse from the internet order, you know how it got to the store? If you bought it there, by a truck. And if the price of diesel goes from 350 a gallon to over five bucks a gallon, which is what it’s done, well, then everything is going to go up in price. You haven’t seen it yet.)

Of course, it’s being felt in Iran because those people are dying by the thousands because of the bombs Americans and Israelis are dropping. I don’t mean any disrespect to the price being paid by Iranian, but they didn’t make war on us.)

We were certainly not threatened in our existence by Iran. That never happened. But bombing by Israel and America in Iran threatens their existence. That’s their country. We are bombing them, not the other way around. And Americans can twist and turn, that’s the reality. We get to pay, the Iranians get to suffer, and the Epstein class makes the money and giggles all the way to the bank. Now, a couple more ways we’re going to be paying. Higher oil prices, interrupted oil flows.)

Many people don’t seem to understand that fertilizer in large parts is made out of petroleum. The nitrogen and the hydrogen of petroleum is the core of the fertilizer. We are in the spring planting season. Fertilizer is needed now. Not last month, not two months from now, but now. And if you can’t get there, or if it can, but only at a much higher price. You know what that’s going to do?)

They seem to be surprised that the strait is closed and the oil doesn’t flow and the fertilizer isn’t made and can’t get into the soil in time and. Gee, rising gas prices, rising food prices. Oh, my goodness. And then what’s the latest news?)

It is a crime under international law to threaten, let alone damage desalinization plants. It’s considered a war crime explicitly.)

That’s what they think ought to do and it profits them. So why not? Because after all it’s we, everybody else who pays. This is not what anyone with half a brain would support. And that’s not saying much. The polls in the United States on this war have shown that the American people are thinking well and thinking clearly. They have been in a clear majority against this war from the beginning unlike other wars where initially there was support and then it erodes as people see who profits and who pays.)

Tax the rich, help the others just to offset what otherwise will happen, which is that decline will mean more profits and for the rest of us more pain.)
